Michigan Primary Care Partners is excited to announce our latest primary care team member. Sarah Ames, NP, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who comes to us from the former Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial in Fremont where she worked with patients experiencing a variety of acute conditions – from Pneumonia to knee replacement, post operative care, and stroke and dementia treatment. Part of her training also focused on Women’s Health issues, including providing gynecologic care and testing. Sarah is also a Registered Nurse and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ferris State University. She went on to complete her Nurse Practitioner Degree from Spring Arbor University. Sarah is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support and Acute Stroke Assessment. She is accepting patients at our Big Rapids practice.
