Michigan Primary Care Partners is pleased to welcome our newest Primary Care Provider! Lisa Shoemaker, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with decades of experience that ranges from specialized certification in Gerontology to Walk-In care, occupational health, oncology, inpatient psychiatric care, ER, medical-surgical care and quality and risk management. Lisa received her Master of Science – Leadership & Education, from Regis University in Denver, Colorado before obtaining her Master in Nursing Practice from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois. Lisa is certified in Basic Life Support, has served as a Professional Nurse Tutor, and has lead provider education for physicians, specialists, and other medical staff to improve systems that aid in quality and practice improvement. Lisa is accepting new patients at our Big Rapids Michigan Primary Care Partners location.
