Emma Carte, RN, is a dedicated member of our Care Management team with 15 years of nursing experience. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Mid-Michigan Community College and her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Davenport University. Emma is committed to supporting patients through care coordination, resource connection, and education on both acute and chronic health conditions. Her passion for care management enables her to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
